Collection: Minnow Traps

Minnow traps provide a way to collect small live baitfish using an enclosed trap with entry openings. Mesh size, trap dimensions, and storage format are useful considerations when selecting a trap for your bait-collection setup.

Choose a design suited to your intended bait size and available storage space. Check applicable bait-collection rules before use, inspect the mesh and closures, and follow the trap's setup and care instructions.
