Collection: Dragging Weights

Dragging weights help carry bait rigs along the bottom during controlled drifts or slow boat movement. Their shapes and construction vary, giving anglers options for different bottom terrain and fishing conditions.

Choose a weight suited to depth, current, boat speed, and tackle. Adjust the setup to maintain useful bottom contact without unnecessary dragging, and match the weight's connection to your rig. No weight is snag-proof, so check connections and line regularly around structure.
